And, I've followed the slick cheating technique used by so many pseudo-computer nerds (like myself), and I stole the code from someone else. So, that's how I got the nifty wav file goin' on. Thanks, Jim! Yeah, so anyway, please allow me the opportunity to explain myself and the Big Deal Loser.

Hi! My name is Joey, and I'm an 18 year old girl from the suburbs of New York, recently transplanted to The Big City. I love punk rock and the many aspects associated with it, including the awesome music and free thinking. More specifically, I play guitar, and have for about two years; I do a punk rock/alternative radio show called "All Ages Show" on WNYU-AM; I am a staff writer for the arts section of the Washington Square News, called Culture Shock; and I write a zine -- Big Deal Loser.

For those of you that don't know, a zine is typically a small magazine filled with rants and reviews, printed and funded by people who need an outlet for creative ideas and criticisms of society.

Big Deal Loser is my first zine, and I think it's pretty decent at this point. I've gotten a bunch of pretty decent reviews, at least. Issues #2, #3, and #4 are still available, and the brand new Issue #5 is out now!!
